Overview

PNC-27 is a chimeric peptide that combines a p53 fragment with a membrane-penetrating domain. Its mechanism is selective lysis of cancer-cell membranes — an oncology-research compound with an aggressive profile.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 30 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a 10 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate after mixing.
