Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

BAC water 3 mL
Concentration 3.33 mg/mL

Overview

FOXO4-DRI is a senolytic peptide that selectively targets senescent (‘zombie’) cells and pushes them into apoptosis. It’s one of the most talked-about longevity peptides — and the dosing is delicate: tiny amounts, extended cycles.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 10 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~3.33 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate after mixing.

Weeks 5–8375 mcg (0.375 mg)11 units (0.11 mL)1x/day
Weeks 9–16500 mcg (0.5 mg)15 units (0.15 mL)1x/day

Cycle

8–16 week cycles. Small doses and long cycles — the mouse studies that made FOXO4-DRI famous used a few months of treatment.
