Overview

Cerebrolysin is a porcine brain-derived peptide preparation with decades of clinical use in Europe for stroke and cognitive decline. It’s the heavyweight of the nootropic peptide class — and one of the few with real clinical literature behind it.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 60 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a 20 mg/mL concentration. Use within 24 hours once mixed — no preservative in the peptide itself.
