Beginner setup
Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.
Vial strength 10 mg

Concentration 5.00 mg/mL
Overview
Epitalon is a four-amino-acid peptide studied by Russian researchers for telomere maintenance and pineal function. The protocol is unusual: one fixed dose daily for 20 straight days, then a long break — not a continuous cycle.
Preparation
Reconstitute a 10 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a 5 mg/mL concentration. Reconstitute one vial at a time so your working solution stays fresh.
| Vial | BAC | Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 2 mL | 5 mg/mL |
Protocol
| Period | Dose | Units (@ 5 mg/mL) | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Days 1–20 | 5 mg (5,000 mcg) | 100 units (1.00 mL) | 1x/day |
| Days 21+ (off) | 0 | — | — |
Cycle
20 consecutive days on, then 4–6 months off — typically 2 cycles per year. Inject in the evening or at bedtime to line up with melatonin rhythms.
