Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

Overview

CagriSema is the fixed-ratio combination of cagrilintide (amylin analog) and semaglutide (GLP-1) — the same pairing that drove headline clinical weight-loss results. Each unit of this 10 mg blend delivers 16.7 mcg of each peptide.

Preparation

Reconstitute the 10 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~3.33 mg/mL total (1.67 mg/mL each peptide). Refrigerate after mixing.

Cycle

16+ week titration, once weekly on a consistent day. The 2.4 mg-each target mirrors clinical trial protocols. Larger doses need a 3 mL syringe.
