Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

Vial strength 5 mg
Bottle format often 3 mL
BAC water 3 mL
Concentration 1.67 mg/mL

Overview

Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog that slows gastric emptying and cuts appetite. It’s often paired with a GLP-1 like semaglutide (the “CagriSema” combination) but works as a standalone weekly research peptide too.

Preparation

Recon: 5 mg vial + 3 mL BAC (1.67 mg/mL).

Protocol

PeriodDoseUnits (@ 1.67 mg/mL)Frequency
Weeks 1–20.6 mg36 units (0.36 mL)1x/week
Weeks 3–41.2 mg72 units (0.72 mL)1x/week
Weeks 5–62.4 mg144 units (1.44 mL)1x/week
Weeks 7–164.5 mg270 units (2.70 mL)1x/week

Cycle

16-week titration, same day each week. Doses above ~100 units need a 3 mL syringe with a 25–27G needle rather than a 1 mL insulin syringe.
