Overview
Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog that slows gastric emptying and cuts appetite. It’s often paired with a GLP-1 like semaglutide (the “CagriSema” combination) but works as a standalone weekly research peptide too.
Preparation
Reconstitute a 5 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~1.67 mg/mL concentration. Inject down the vial wall, swirl gently, refrigerate after mixing.
