Overview
CJC-1295 with DAC is a GHRH analog modified with a Drug Affinity Complex that stretches its half-life to roughly a week. That’s the whole difference from CJC-1295 no-DAC: one injection every 3–4 days instead of daily pinning.
Preparation
Recon: 5 mg vial + 2 mL BAC (2.5 mg/mL).
Protocol
| Period | Dose | Units (@ 2.5 mg/mL) | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | 300 mcg (0.3 mg) | 12 units (0.12 mL) | 2x/week |
| Weeks 3–4 | 500 mcg (0.5 mg) | 20 units (0.20 mL) | 2x/week |
| Weeks 5–6 | 750 mcg (0.75 mg) | 30 units (0.30 mL) | 2x/week |
| Weeks 7–12 | 1,000 mcg (1 mg) | 40 units (0.40 mL) | 2x/week |
Cycle
8–12 week cycles, 2 injections per week on non-consecutive days. Longer-acting than no-DAC versions, so keep doses moderate and watch IGF-1 response.
