Overview
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is the short-acting version of the GHRH analog. Its ~30 minute half-life means daily dosing — but the GH pulse it produces is strong, and it’s the classic pairing partner for GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin.
Preparation
Recon: 5 mg vial + 3 mL BAC (1.67 mg/mL).
Protocol
| Period | Dose | Units (@ 1.67 mg/mL) | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | 100 mcg | 6 units (0.06 mL) | 1x/day |
| Weeks 3–4 | 150 mcg | 9 units (0.09 mL) | 1x/day |
| Weeks 5–6 | 200 mcg | 12 units (0.12 mL) | 1x/day |
| Weeks 7–12 | 250–300 mcg | 15–18 units (0.15–0.18 mL) | 1x/day |
Cycle
8–12 week cycles. Some protocols run 2–3 injections per day for a fuller GH profile — that’s where the no-DAC version shines, because it clears fast and re-dosing is predictable.
