Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

Vial strength 5 mg
Bottle format often 3 mL
BAC water 3 mL
Concentration 1.67 mg/mL

Overview

Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that tells the pituitary to make more growth hormone — the ‘upstream’ approach compared to secretagogues like GHRP-2. Classic use is nightly subcutaneous injection to boost the natural sleep-time GH pulse.

Preparation

Recon: 5 mg vial + 3 mL BAC (1.67 mg/mL).

Protocol

PeriodDoseUnits (@ 1.67 mg/mL)Frequency
Weeks 1–2200 mcg12 units (0.12 mL)Bedtime, 1x/day
Weeks 3–4300 mcg18 units (0.18 mL)Bedtime, 1x/day
Weeks 5–6400 mcg24 units (0.24 mL)Bedtime, 1x/day
Weeks 7–8500 mcg30 units (0.30 mL)Bedtime, 1x/day

Cycle

8–12 week cycles. Bedtime dosing matters — GH secretion peaks during sleep and Sermorelin amplifies that pulse. Adjust up slowly based on IGF-1 response.
