Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

Concentration 3.33 mg/mL

Overview

PE-22-28 (spadin) is a peptide fragment that blocks TREK-1 potassium channels — the same target as a class of experimental antidepressants. It’s a novel mood-and-cognition peptide with a distinctly different mechanism from the Semax family.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 10 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~3.33 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate after mixing.

Weeks 1–250 mcg1.5 units (0.015 mL)1x/day
Weeks 3–8100 mcg3 units (0.03 mL)1x/day

Weeks 13–16200 mcg6 units (0.06 mL)1x/day

Cycle

8–16 week cycles. Doses are tiny — a 0.3 mL (30 unit) syringe is easier to read than a full 1 mL syringe.
