Overview

Semax is an ACTH(4-10) fragment analog developed in Russia, used as a nootropic for focus, memory, and cognitive endurance. Human trials used intranasal delivery; subcutaneous injection is the standard research route.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 5 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~1.67 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate after mixing. (Intranasal protocols use a 0.5–1 mg/mL nasal spray.)
