Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

BAC water 3 mL
Concentration 3.33 mg/mL

Overview

HMG (human menopausal gonadotropin) provides both FSH and LH activity — FSH drives sperm production, LH drives testosterone. It’s the fertility-workhorse companion to HCG in HPTA-restart protocols.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 75 IU vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a 25 IU/mL concentration. Note the volume: a full 75 IU dose is 3 mL, which needs a 3 mL syringe or three separate 1 mL injections.

Cycle

12–16 week protocols, typically combined with HCG. The 3 mL per dose volume is the defining practical detail — plan syringes accordingly.
