Overview

Gonadorelin is synthetic GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone). It tells the pituitary to release LH and FSH — the signals that keep testosterone and sperm production running. It’s the lightest-touch option in HPTA-restart protocols.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 2 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a 1 mg/mL concentration. Use within a week once mixed.

Protocol

PeriodDoseUnits (@ 1 mg/mL)Frequency
Weeks 1–250 mcg5 units (0.05 mL)2–3x/week
Weeks 3–4100 mcg10 units (0.10 mL)2–3x/week
Weeks 5–8100–150 mcg10–15 units (0.10–0.15 mL)2–3x/week

Cycle

6–12 week cycles, typically as part of post-cycle therapy. Keep injections spaced out — GnRH works in pulses, not floods.
