Overview
Melanotan II activates MC1R to produce melanin without UV exposure — the ‘tanning peptide’. It also hits MC4R, which is why it shares side effects (and a chemical family) with PT-141. Dose discipline is non-negotiable: never exceed 2 mg/day.
Preparation
Reconstitute a 10 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a 3.33 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate and use within 1–2 weeks once mixed.
