Vial sizes vary by vendor. Smaller bottles are usually 3 mL; larger bottles are often 10 mL. Match the label on the vial you actually bought, then use the calculator below if you need to adjust.

Bottle format often 3 mL
BAC water 3 mL
Concentration 0.33 mg/mL

Overview

IGF-1 LR3 is a modified IGF-1 with a much longer half-life than native IGF-1. It’s the direct end-product of the GH pathway, so it’s used when you want growth signaling without the GH pulse machinery.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 1 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~0.333 mg/mL concentration (333 mcg/mL). Use the full 3 mL — the dilution keeps tiny doses measurable.

Protocol

PeriodDoseUnits (@ 0.33 mg/mL)Frequency
Weeks 1–220 mcg (0.02 mg)6 units (0.06 mL)1x/day
Weeks 3–440 mcg (0.04 mg)12 units (0.12 mL)1x/day
Weeks 5–850 mcg (0.05 mg)15 units (0.15 mL)1x/day

Cycle

8 weeks is standard; 12-week runs exist but returns fade past week 6–8. Dose with food (morning or post-workout) because of its insulin-like effect on blood glucose.
