CJC-1295 (No DAC) Protocol

Updated Today 4 min read 377+ helpful Calculator

Overview

CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is the short-acting version of the GHRH analog. Its ~30 minute half-life means daily dosing — but the GH pulse it produces is strong, and it’s the classic pairing partner for GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 5 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~1.67 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate after mixing.

Protocol

PeriodDoseUnits (@ 1.67 mg/mL)Frequency
Weeks 1–2100 mcg6 units (0.06 mL)1x/day
Weeks 3–4150 mcg9 units (0.09 mL)1x/day
Weeks 5–6200 mcg12 units (0.12 mL)1x/day
Weeks 7–12250–300 mcg15–18 units (0.15–0.18 mL)1x/day

Cycle

8–12 week cycles. Some protocols run 2–3 injections per day for a fuller GH profile — that’s where the no-DAC version shines, because it clears fast and re-dosing is predictable.
