GHRP-2 Protocol

Updated 5mo ago 4 min read 331+ helpful Calculator

Overview

GHRP-2 is a growth hormone secretagogue that triggers a strong GH pulse by binding the ghrelin receptor. It’s a workhorse GH peptide — often stacked with a GHRH analog like CJC-1295 or Sermorelin for a bigger, broader pulse.

Preparation

Reconstitute a 5 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) for a ~1.67 mg/mL concentration. Refrigerate after mixing.

Protocol

PeriodDoseUnits (@ 1.67 mg/mL)Frequency
Weeks 1–2100 mcg6 units (0.06 mL)1x/day
Weeks 3–4150 mcg9 units (0.09 mL)1x/day
Weeks 5–16200 mcg12 units (0.12 mL)1x/day

Cycle

8–16 week cycles. Once-daily dosing avoids the receptor desensitization you get from frequent pulsing. Evening dosing on an empty stomach rides the natural nocturnal GH wave.
